Russische und deutsche Anti-Atomkraft-Initiativen und Umweltverb\u00e4nde lehnen gemeinsam die Fortf\u00fchrung der jetzt bekannt gewordenen Uranm\u00fcllexporte von der Urananreicherungsanlage (UAA) im westf\u00e4lischen Gronau zur russischen Atomanlage Novouralsk am Ural ab. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie k\u00fcndigten heute (25. Oktober) in Moskau, im M\u00fcnsterland, in Berlin und im Wendland gemeinsam neue Proteste an. Schon f\u00fcr den kommenden Montag, 28. Oktober, erwarten sie am Vormittag einen neuen Uranzug mit 600 Tonnen abgereichertem Uranhexafluorid (UF6)<\/a>, der sich von Gronau aus \u00fcber Burgsteinfurt, M\u00fcnster und Hamm auf die Fahrt zum Hafen in Amsterdam macht und dort nach St. Petersburg verschifft werden soll. Zahlreiche Transportwaggons wurden bereits auf dem Gel\u00e4nde der UAA Gronau gesichtet. Die UAA Gronau wird vom Urenco-Konzern betrieben, der zu einem Drittel RWE und EON geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vladimir Slivyak<\/strong>, der Ko-Vorsitzende der renommierten russischen Umweltorganisation Ecodefense<\/strong>, erkl\u00e4rte dazu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDer Transport von radioaktivem M\u00fcll nach Russland ist unmoralisch und zynisch. Urenco spart sich Milliarden Euro durch den Export des Atomm\u00fclls, w\u00e4hrend Rosatom Geld verdient, indem sie Russland in eine internationale Atomm\u00fcllkippe verwandeln. Der Export von Uranm\u00fcll muss ein f\u00fcr allemal gestoppt werden.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Rashid Alimov<\/strong>, Energieexperte von Greenpeace Russland<\/strong>, erg\u00e4nzte:
\u201eW\u00e4hrend wir noch darum k\u00e4mpfen, dass Urenco f\u00fcr die 27 300 t abgereichertes Uran Verantwortung \u00fcbernimmt, die von 1995 bis 2009 von Gronau nach Russland geschafft wurden, haben bereits wieder neue Exporte von Deutschland begonnen. Wir verlangen einen sofortigen Stop, die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung aller relevanter Vertr\u00e4ge sowie die Bestrafung all derjeniger, die f\u00fcr das Zustandekommen dieser illegalen Vertr\u00e4ge verantwortlich sind.\u201c

\u201eSchon auf der morgigen \u00fcberregionalen Anti-Atom-Demonstration in Lingen wird die Ko-Vorsitzende von Ecodefense, Alexandra Koroleva<\/strong>, ein Gru\u00dfwort<\/strong> beisteuern. Frau Koroleva hat im Juni aufgrund der schwierigen politischen Situation in Russland politisches Asyl in Deutschland beantragt<\/strong>. Wir stehen solidarisch an der Seite von Ecodefense und der Umweltbewegung in Russland und werden gemeinsam f\u00fcr einen sofortigen Stopp des unverantwortlichen Uranm\u00fcllexports k\u00e4mpfen“, erkl\u00e4rte Kerstin Rudek von der BI Umweltschutz L\u00fcchow-Dannenberg.
